Cortex Technology is a custom, turnkey, technology development and investment company with its roots in Krasnodar, Russia.

We started as a web development company in the early 1990s, providing services to small and medium size enterprises and progressed to multinationals and government contracts involving process automation, multilevel reporting, corporate accounting software and interactive touch systems.

Today, we deliver institutional grade solutions and development services to leading companies and private investors across many different markets and industries.

Sergey is a technology entrepreneur with a more than 15-year track record of successful projects and investments. Sergey is a global thinker – ambitious, driven with deep skills in multiple tech disciplines – Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Ledger, Business Process automation in addition to considerable experience in intellectual asset management, investor relations and corporate law. Sergei serves on the board of six software companies.

Maxim Мorozov
Maxim Мorozov is responsible for sales. Has graduated from the University of East London with a degree in International Politics. Today he serves as Cortex business development executive. He has an extensive international experience in various fields: from managing residential estates and charity community projects in London to working in sales and serving as an investor relations executive in Saint Petersburg and Sochi, Russia.

Petur Georgesson
Petur Georgesson is a strategic consultant to Cortex Technology and managing partner of the Technology Metals Market and Capital Sniper. As a principal investor and entrepreneur, Petur’s career has spanned over two decades on 4 continents and in a diverse array of industries including media, publishing, land, farming, energy production, trading, online gambling and motorsports. Petur is a creative deal architect with both a pragmatic and think big approach. From 2010-2015, Petur served as the Chairman for Iceland of the Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Organisation. Petur studied economics at Bethany and French Literature at the Sorbonne.

Zakhar Nedashkovskiy is the Head of Development & co-founder of Cortex Technology. Zakhar is a technology entrepreneur that graduated from Kuban State University, Faculty of Applied Mathematics with a specialisation in Applied informatics in economics in 2007. Over the last 10 years, Zakhar has specialised in custom software development (Blockchain, Machine learning and data science) in all positions from developer to CTO.

On one of the projects I faced the task of automating the situational centre for the casino security department. None of the existing companies on the market at that time could offer me good conditions for the price and timing, however, the budget was sufficient to be able to perform custom development. Specialized projects of this level are good niche products that can be replicated and scaled. Suddenly, I had an idea to make a company out of this with a product that could make a profit later and increase my professional competences in the eyes of my partners.
I asked Cortex Technology to create a company, design a product, and implement it for further development. I did not know until the end of what we will get, but I was confident in the good result, as Sergey always delivers, and it happened. I didn't have time to invest in such startup, but I had the opportunity to create a product. Cortex team did everything on a turnkey basis with minimal involvement from my side.
